How long does it take to build?

At your own pace: the file is saved at each step. Gathering your accounting documents is usually what takes longest.

Which documents should I prepare?

Accounts for the last three years, the RCCM extract, the tax and social security certificates, the main contracts and leases. The full list is further down this page.

Who sees my file?

Nobody before publication. Then each tier has its readers: any visitor for the listing, the buyers you qualify for the anonymous file, those who signed the confidentiality agreement for the full file.

Does DealPME check my figures?

No. A figure is declared under your responsibility until a named third party has checked it against documents.

Can I withdraw my file at any time?

Yes. Withdrawal is immediate: the listing disappears and open accesses are revoked. The reading log stays available to you.
