An officer of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Togo consults the registry and the documents, then decides. DealPME passes on your file and displays the decision; it certifies nothing, ranks no one and never decides in the officer's place.

Who decides to grant the label?

A CCI-Togo officer, by name. DealPME sends the file, records the decision and displays it with its date; it decides none of it.

My file is complete, is the label automatic?

No. A complete file makes the request admissible. The officer remains free to grant it or not.

What happens if it is refused?

The decision is reasoned. You can complete your file and file a new request.

Is the label permanent?

No. It has an expiry and can be withdrawn by CCI-Togo, by a reasoned and dated decision.

Can I publish without the label?

Yes. Applying is optional; a listing without the label says nothing unfavourable about the company.
