Your data,their duration, your rights.

DealPME only keeps a piece of data as long as its purpose requires. At the end of that time the content is emptied and the date of emptying is recorded: a row is never deleted silently.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected, object to some processing or ask for its erasure (Togolese Law No. 2019-014 of 29 October 2019, arts. 39 to 49). An answer is due within one month; failing that, the Personal Data Protection Authority (IPDCP) may be approached.

Each row is a category of data with its rule in force. A duration marked “to validate” is a proposal the legal counsel has not yet confirmed: we do not present it as an obligation of the law.
